Wedding & Event Transportation

Victoria Coastal Tours provides private transportation for weddings, graduations, staff parties, Christmas parties, event shuttles, and community events across Greater Victoria and South Vancouver Island. We can move groups of up to 19 guests in a single vehicle, with a professional local driver who handles the timing so you don't have to.

Our vehicles

  • Mercedes Sprinter minibus: up to 19 passengers. Best for wedding parties, staff groups, and shuttles.
  • Range Rover Discovery: up to 6 passengers. Good for the couple and family, or a small group.
  • Tesla Model Y: up to 4 passengers. A quiet, all-electric ride for the couple or VIP guests.

Weddings

We get the wedding party, family, and guests where they need to be on your wedding day: from hotels to the ceremony, to photo locations, and on to the reception. Our driver follows your timeline and keeps things on schedule, so the couple can focus on the day. We can also run a late-night shuttle to take guests back to their hotels after the reception.

Graduations

Private transportation for grad photos, dinners, and dances. Graduates travel together in one vehicle with a professional, NSC-certified driver, and parents know exactly who is driving and when everyone will be home.

Staff parties and Christmas parties

Keep your team together and get everyone home safely. We pick up staff from the office or a central meeting point, drive them to the venue, and bring them back at the end of the night. Popular for holiday parties, team outings, and client appreciation events.

Shuttle service

Scheduled shuttle loops between hotels, parking areas, and your venue, for weddings, conferences, and private events. Guests don't need to drive or find parking, and they arrive together and on time.

Community events

Transportation for festivals, fundraisers, sports tournaments, and other community events in Greater Victoria. We can move volunteers, performers, teams, or guests between locations throughout the day.

Pricing

Event pricing depends on the vehicle, the number of guests, and your schedule. Contact us with your details for a custom quote.
